Barracuda Restaurant celebrates 40th Anniversary
On the 9th of August 2018, the well-known, family-run establishment celebrated 40 years of the Barracuda Restaurant. Even after 40 years, the Barracuda Restaurant remains a local and tourist favourite thanks to its unique position in a lovingly restored 18th Century villa perched over Balluta Bay,as well as its chic and trendy ambience and consistently evolving food and wine menu. Grazielle Camilleri Ahlgren, Founder at Malta TV and lifestyle blogger at graziellecamilleri.com and her husband Marco were some of the privileged guests to be invited to celebrate this special milestone.

At Barracuda each dish contains only the freshest ingredients. Seafood is the main feature with fresh fish and shellfish perfectly cooked and presented. The meat dishes also worth trying especially the tagliata of chateaubriand for two persons. The wine list is definitely worthy of contemplative meditation; a cellar of local, European and new world wines, as well as a selection of champagnes, are available.
Having also recently introduceda new and extensiverevampedsummer menu featuring some classics and a number of new creations with a modern twist by our Executive Chef, as well as a new cocktail bar with an incredibly unique cocktail menu, the Barracuda promises to continue to delight and surprise the restaurant’s regulars and new patrons alike.
